2. Specify your request: In the message field, clearly state you wish to request the deletion of your account and data. 

3. Verification: We may contact you to verify you request is legitimate. 

4. Confirmation: Once actioned, you will receive a confirmation email stating your account holder information and data associated with noise reporting have been deleted.
